Geoscape (Main menu)

On the right side of the geoscape is the menu.

From top to bottom:

Bases: Here you can build bases and Buildings.

Craft-Squadron: This leads to the equipment screen for your aircraft. You can also build new crafts and assign soldiers to their transporters.

Soldiers: This is the place where you recruit, equip and train your soldiers.

Lab: New technologies are researched here. You can also train your idle scientists.

Workshop: You can assign workers to produce needed equipment. Worker training is controlled here too. For additional info see Production.

Storage: A list of all your stored equipment. You can Trade equipment here.

Job-Market: New scientists and workers will wait here for hire.

Base-Information: An overview over all your bases.

Countries: Additional information about your investors.

Weekly-Balance-Sheet: Balance sheet and Points.

Save: Save your game

Options: Message options

Main Menu: To quit and change game settings

Time control

In the upper-left corner of the geoscape is the time control. You can switch between 4 speeds. If needed, you can always pause the game. If you open any menu, the game will automatically pause and you will have to manually start time after returning to the geoscape.
